All Swear Bears orders made & sent quickly. Online credit card and PayPal orders deposit immediately and items in stock are usually posted within 2 business days of funds received, and sent by Express Post within Australia and Air Mail to Overseas (remember if you need quicker please contact us and we will do our best). Pre ordered gifts will be processed as soon as they arrive in stock.
We use Australia Post for deliveries. All parcels within Australia require a signature and we can deliver to homes, businesses, PO Boxes, hospitals etc. You can request for your gift to be left somewhere with NO signature, just say on your order. Of course this is at your own risk.
Postage time will depend on where you live in Australia. Contact us here if you need in a great hurry and we can try to get out even sooner. Eg we often get last minute orders for christenings / baptisms etc on a Thursday and if contacted soon enough in the day we can post the same day to arrive the Friday!!!! call to us, no harm.

Victoria – 3- 4 business days (main towns like Geelong, Ballarat and Bendigo only 3)
Queensland – 3 - 4 business days (only rural areas take the 4 business days)
ACT - post codes 0200-0250; 2600-2639; 2900-2920, 3 business days - rest 4 business days
South Australia – Adelaide area 3 business days - rest of SA 4 business days
Western Australia – Perth Post Codes 6000 - 6005 & 6800 -6899 3 business days - rest of WA 4 business days
Tasmania – Hobart & Launceston areas 3 business days - rest of Tas 4 business days
NT – 4 business days
We use Air Mail for overseas and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive, unless close like New Zealand where generally takes a week.
